How it works

Step 1

Choose your service

Select the laundry service you need (wash & fold, dry clean, add-ons, etc.)

Step 2

Select a laundry partner

Choose from available laundries near you based on location, pricing, and services

Step 3

Choose standard or express delivery

Standard: 24-hour service

Express: 4–6 hour service

Step 4

Estimate your laundry

Guess the total weight of your clothes or add items individually (shirts, pants, bedding, etc.)

Step 5

Order a pickup

Confirm your pickup address and place the pickup request.

Step 6

Driver collects your clothes

A driver picks up your clothes and delivers them to the selected laundry store.

Step 7

Laundry confirms items & final price

The laundry confirms the actual weight and items, then updates the final price.

Step 8

Customer reviews & pays

Review the final details and complete payment securely in the app.

Step 9

Laundry marks order as ready

Once washing is finished, the laundry marks your clothes as ready.

Step 10

Bring it home

When your laundry is ready, tap the “Bring it home” button to have a driver deliver your clothes back to you.

Delivery and service fees

Delivery is handled by the laundry partner you select. Each partner manages their own delivery service and schedule.

Service fees are calculated based on distance, service type and other factors. All fees are clearly shown before you confirm payment, so there are no surprises.

All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

Card payments are charged immediately after order confirmation.

Clean Dash prioritizes the security and confidentiality of customer data and transactions. All payments made through the Clean Dash platform are processed securely by licensed and regulated third-party payment gateways. Clean Dash does not store, process, or retain any credit or debit card information on its systems.

We implement industry-standard security measures, including data encryption, secure servers, and controlled access, to protect personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.
